JOHN WILSON GREEN - MEDIUM

On this page you will be able to read all John W. Green's findings from every investigation attended by him.  The history for each venue will be posted on Mike Covell's page.  This is so that readers can compare both of their findings.  Mike Covell researches each venue prior to investigation and does NOT let anyone from the team know what he has found apart from the Co-Directors. This is so that John cannot gain access to the information found and he also has no prior knowledge of any venues due to be visited either. This ensures that he has no way of knowing where he is going.

Blue Banana, 49/50 Whitefriargate, Hull

Below are a few photographs taken at the Blue Banana during the investigation which took place on the evening of 6^th June 2008.  Please go to the bottom of the page for John's findings at the Blue Banana. As he did his walkaround notes were taken and these have been put into bullet form.

At the back of the building is this alleyway. John picked up on a lady called Mary who had been murdered down here by someone calling himself Frank.  He hinted that it was a 'Jack the Ripper' style murder.

2^nd Floor Empty Storage Room

• A man in naval uniform here, pacing the floor. Would have been a Master at Arms

• Brass monkey’s also piled high here. Also lots of items on the floor which would have been associated with Galleons or big ships

• The floor level would have been lower here too. He sees the Master at Arms man walking lower than the actual floor in this room

• This man was in full naval uniform and had a little boy who ran and did his errands for him

• This room had some big double doors, John said that these doors would have been open and big heavy rolls would have been pushed down through here to the outside of the building, down a sloped net-like ramp to the ground below

• John saw a desk in this room too, this desk contained blotting papers and inks with quills

• Most of the activity John picked up on in this area he said was not grounded but only residual energy

• There was another wall in this room too John said, this would be the room of someone else who had a good standing. He hinted at this being “The Ship’s Writer’s” office, there would have been a log fire in this office and John could feel it warming his bum

• Ledgers of some kind were piled high on the “Ship’s Writer’s” desk

Side of Shop Alleyway

• John had picked up on the spirit of a young woman here called Mary. He said she had been murdered in a Jack the ripper style murder and left for dead in this alley

• He then gave the second name to Mary as Green

• He was picking up once again on the spirits of young children outside in this area and also a large man dressed in old fashioned clothing with frills on the cuffs and collar, this man was an overseer he kept journals and logs of the items that left the building and entered the building

• He said that this would be a busy area with coaches and horses as items were delivered and taken away

• He also picked up on the spirit of a nasty man standing on a doorstep area. He said that this man called himself Frank but he knew that wasn’t his real name

• Frank was the nasty man who killed poor Mary Green

• Frank kept saying “To you I am Frank” John said that he knows now that definitely is not his real name, but that is what people would have known him by

Lots of children are gathered in front of John in the attic area.  There had originally been a hatch directly in front of where he is standing

John is explaining how heavy rolls of cotton/wool, which were used for making wicks for cannons, were

pushed down the hatch to the lower floor

Door at the back of the building next to the alleyway.  John picked up on 'Frank', who had allegedly murdered 'Mary' who was further down the alleyway. He kept saying 'You can call me Frank', however, this was not his real name

1^st Floor Warehouse Space and Managers office

• In the small w.c area of this floor, John picked up on the residual energy of a lady singing like Hilda Ogden, with a knotted hanky in her hair

• He walked past a rail of coat-hangers and rattled them; he said that this would be heard in here often

• There would have been children in here, walking in bare feet. This made John feel really sad, because it was like child labour. The children were the ones hoisting the large rolls through the big heavy doors

• There would also have been drainage gullies in the floor here too; John likened it to a mortuary with blood drainage gullies

• John said that this place was a hive of activity. That he could even sense little Parliament here, and maybe even connections with William Wilberforce

• The one thing that John kept saying was that he felt unhappy for the kids here, that it was a sweatshop and they shouldn’t be subject to this, this possibly would be the reason that Wilberforce would have visited the building
